Dates for a Denver music festival akin to Bonnaroo were announced Thursday, though we won't know about music acts until later this month.
Dubbed "GRANDOOZY", the "large scale music and arts festival" will be held in south Denver at the Overland Park Golf Course this Sept. 14, 15 and 16.
According to a release from GRANDOOZY's creator, Superfly Productions, the festival will be "Colorado-centric" and feature music, art and food.
The full music lineup will be announced on March 20. The upcoming Bonnaro festival slated for this June will feature acts like Eminem, The Killers, Muse and Future.
There's no word yet on how much tickets would cost for the three-day, multi stage event.
Denver City Council voted 10-3 to approve the major music festival in July 2017. Denver is expected to make $2.6 million off this contract with Superfly with nearly a million of that going to the Overland and Ruby Hill neighborhoods alone.
This is the first time Denver has ever approved an event to take place on one of its golf courses.
